Continental Cup in Oslo
The new legendary Holmenkollen has officially been opened by Anette Sagen on Wednesday.
This weekend, the first FIS competitions were held at the new hill. Axu came in 11th and 12th on Saturday and Sunday.
Yesterday, the first round was pretty good! Then I had a bad second round.
Today, I was really unlucky with the wind in the first round.
I jumped ok in the second round but I went from place 21 to 12!
The wind was almost the same for everybody!
The track was really slow because of the warm and sunny weather!Otherwise I really like the new hill!!! It is really beautiful and massive! I am really proud that I was jumping at the official opening ceremony!
In the training rounds, Axu was testing the new ski model of elan but they really didn’t work out.
Axu is trying to make the new model work since the beginning of this season. But it seems like elan did a step backwards in development.
I jumped with my new skis all training rounds! They didn’t work!
Rankings about 45 each round!
In the competition, I went back to my two years old summer skis, but there are only one pair left!
Next stop will be World Cup again!
I will jump in World Cup in Holmenkollen next weekend and I am really looking forward to do two really good rounds!!!
